This beautiful dress is a modern take on a classic look. This is a fantastic 100% cotton with a soot black background, covered in a twisting flowers in a pastel coral and pale gold surrounded by green leaves. This is a beautiful original Sanderson design from the 1970's. The shape is an original Dig For Victory pattern, with the curved outlines of the fitted bodice and bust section highlighted with soft gold satin piping. The cinched in waist and bustier neckline make it perfect for showing off an hourglass figure, and the dress has fitted pencil skirt for a timeless classic style. 

This dress is the last available in this beautiful vintage fabric and is ready made and available off-the-peg in a size UK 18 (US 16/EU 46).

It has been made to fit a waist measurement of 35.5-36.5” (89-93cm) and a bust measurement of 43-44” (108-112cm). It will fit a hip/bottom measurement of 45-47” (114-119cm).

The skirt on this dress is 27” (68cm) long which will be a couple of inches below the knee on most people.
