This romantic dress features the Cupids Bow neckline on a darted bodice for a super flattering fit. With cap sleeves to offer a more formal look and all made from a super luxurious Ivory Silk Dupion which has been overlayed in a Dot lace. The neckline and waist are trimmed in satin to add definition. The Silk dupion is used to full effect in the Dip hem flared skirt where its lightness and natural abilty to hold its shape offers the most dramtatic swish! Our darted bodice is not boned at all, and so it needs to be worn with a supportive bra to give you the most flattering fit. 

This dress can be worn with a Swing petticoat (as photographed - not included) to create the full 1950s silhouette or without for a more subtle effect. 

This dress is ready made and available off-the-peg in a size UK 14 (US 10-12/EU 42)

It has been made to fit a waist measurement of 31-32” (78-82cm) and a bust measurement of 39-40” (98-102cm). 

The skirt on this dress is 24” (61cm) long at the front which will be around the bottom of the knee on most people.
