This beautiful Ivory silk dress is a classic style inspired by Wedding dresses of the Fifties era. It is made from a fabulous raw Ivory silk dupion which has a luxurious sheen, organic texture and holds its shape very well. A delicate floral lace is overlaid on the bodice and we have added elbow length sheer lace sleeves. 

# PLEASE NOTE: The lace on this dress is the larger more detailed floral lace which is the same as the lace seen in the second photo. 

The dress has a snugly fitted Tiffany bodice with an elegant neckline that dips to a V at the back and a generous full pleated skirt. The skirt can be worn with a petticoat to give the full 1950s silhouette (as photographed - petticoat not included but can be added here) or left to fall naturally for a slimmer silhouette.

This dress is  ready made and available off-the-peg in a size UK 6 (US 2/EU 34).

It has been made to fit a waist measurement of 24-25” (62-65cm) and a bust measurement of 31-32” (78-82cm).

The skirt on this dress is 23.5” (60cm) long which will be knee length on most people.
