Delivery Info

Once we have made your order, we ship worldwide from our studio shop in Brighton, England. 

If you have paid a 50% deposit when placing the order we will request the balance payment via Paypal before shipping your order. Once your order is in the post we will send you an email with the tracking information. We use the following services:

UK

Fabric Samples - Royal Mail First Class letters (not tracked) - delivery in 1-2 working days
Non bridal items -  Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery - either bagged or boxed depending on the item - delivery in 1-2 working days
Bridal items - Royal Mail Special "Next Day" Delivery - boxed 

United States

Fabric Samples - Royal Mail "Airmail" (not tracked) - delivery in 1-3 weeks
Non bridal items -  Royal Mail International Track and Sign - either bagged or boxed depending on the item - delivery in 1-2 weeks
Bridal items - DPD Courier Service - boxed - delivery in 7-10 days

Worldwide

Fabric Samples - Royal Mail "Airmail" (not tracked) - delivery in 1-3 weeks
Non bridal items -  Royal Mail International Track and Sign - either bagged or boxed depending on the item - delivery in 1-2 weeks
Bridal items - Royal Mail International Track and Sign or DPD Courier Service - boxed - delivery in 1-2 weeks

Customs Charges

For most countries outside the UK a customs charge will be requested by your local shipping company once the parcel has been passed over to them. This may also include a handling fee and so it is worth bearing this in mind when placing your order. The exception to this is the United States for whom orders under £600 will have the 10% Tariff charge pre-paid alongside the shipping. The cost of this will be worked out when your order has been wrapped up and weighed and we will then send you a paypal invoice for it to be paid before the order is posted to you.
