This lace overskirtskirt is ready made and available off-the-peg in a size UK 12 (US 8/EU 40).

It has been made to fit a waist measurement of 29-30” (73-77cm) 

The skirt on this overskirt is 42” (106.5cm) long which will be full length on most people.
