This beautiful dress is inspired by the flattering and timeless style of the Fifties. It is made from a fabulous Ivory Silk Dupion with a delicate lace overlay on the bodice and sleeves. The textured handloom raw silk has a luxurious sheen and holds its shape very well in the full circle skirt. The twisting floral patterned lace add a bit of delicate detail too. The fitted Sweetheart bodice and cinched in waistband are followed by a full circle skirt and shown here with elbow length Lace sleeves. 

This dress can be worn with a petticoat (as photographed - petticoat not included) for create a full 1950's silhouette or left to hang naturally for a more casual effect. 

This dress is the last available in this particular combination of bridal fabrics and is ready made and available off-the-peg in a size UK 20 (US 18/EU 48). It is an older sample and shows some signs of wear.

It has been made to fit a waist measurement of 39-40” (97-101cm) and a bust measurement of 45-46” (113-117cm). It will fit a hip/bottom measurement of 47-49” (119-125cm).

The skirt on this dress is 26” (66cm) long which will be a couple of inches below the knee on most people.

This dress is a ready made shop sample, this means that it might have been tried on and show some signs of wear.
