This beautiful 1950s wedding dress is made from a fabulous handloom raw silk dupion in a warm Champagne colour overlaid with a delicate ivory lace. The silk has an organic texture with a very subtle sheen and the lace has a sophisticated floral design which creates a very formal and glamorous effect for the dress. The dress has a snugly fitted bodice with an elegant Tiffany neckline that dips to a V at the back. The fitted waistband is designed to flatter all figures and it is complemented by a generous full pleated skirt and fitted elbow length sleeves in a single layer of intricate lace. 

This dress can be worn with a petticoat (as photographed - petticoat not included) for create a full 1950's silhouette or left to hang naturally for a more subtle effect.

This dress is the last available in this particular silk and lace combination and is ready made and available off-the-peg in a size UK 8 (US 4/EU 36).

It has been made to fit a waist measurement of 26-27” (66-69cm) and a bust measurement of 33-34” (83-87cm). 

The skirt on this dress is 25” (74cm) long which will be around the bottom of the knee on most people.
